MULTI SPORTS IN SCHUYLKILL COUNTY
THE ICC EAGLES
The ICC Eagles season will begin April 1, 2023 and go through September 17, 2023. Athletes will be training for Sprint distance racing. The only prerequisites are athletes have a know the basics of swimming, biking and running. We will coach the rest! The breakdown of each discipline is:
Swim: 750 meters(.05 miles)
Bike: 12.4 miles (20km)
Run: 3.1 miles (5k)
2023 Team Membership cost will be $500. Each athlete will receive the following with membership:
- Custom Race Kit
- Swim Buoy (Required for OWS sessions)
- Training Peaks Account and Season Training Plan
- Multiple Weekly Team Training Sessions
- Open Water Swim Clinics
- Underwater Video Analysis
- Destination Training Days at Eagle Rock Resort, The Bob Rodale Cycling and Fitness Park and Lehigh Valley Velodrome
**Athletes are encouraged to attend at least one team session per week.**

The ICC Eagles are a high school and collegiate aged team that trains and competes together to grow the great sport of triathlon.
The goal of The Eagles is to teach our athletes and supports about the sport and give them opportunities to train in different ways that they may have never experienced in their conventional high school sports.
