Mental Performance Coaching helps athletes achieve their potential on and off the field. ICC has worked with soccer players, swimmers, track and field, wrestling, Irish dance, gymnasts and basketball players to name a few! The goal is to improve an athletes mental game and increase their enjoyment of sports.
Athletes can hone their game when they are mentally ready to play. Mental Skills include:
Individual Athletes Programs: Develop a personalized goal plan that the athlete works through to gain a deeper understanding and training in Mental Performance. Athletes meet with a mental skills coach weekly to learn, develop and master their Mental Game.
Team Programs: Coaches and school programs are set up and customized to develop a deeper understanding of Mental Performance on a team level. Programs have helped teams develop a mission, improve communication and team cohesion through workshops with the coaches, parents and athletes.
